Support Contracts

In order to be able to rapidly respond to minor enhancements to applications once developed, or to assist if support is required without the need to raise an order on a per incident basis, Independent Computer Services offer a Support Contract.  With our support contracts you buy Units in advance and use these as you need.  Each Unit comprises a block of 12 minutes of support, either on the telephone or onsite. These do not expire (unless all Units have been utilised and a further contract is not taken out) so you never lose out.  These can be bought in blocks of either 50 Units (equivalent to 10 hours of support) or 100 Units (equivalent to 20 hours of support).  Customers taking advantage of this service receive a discount on our normal rates. top...
