Terms and Conditions
General:
Independent Computer Services shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the client where any software is supplied which is not compatible with any existing product held or owned by the client. The client accepts responsibility to notify Independent Computer Services in writing of any and all existing hardware and software which may be affected by the computer supply by Independent Computer Services of any product or service.
Copyright:
The Copyright of all software developed remains with Independent Computer Services unless otherwise negotiated.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The Intellectual Property Rights of all software developed remains with Independent Computer Services unless otherwise negotiated.
Confidentiality:
Any information made availabe to independent Computer Services by the client will not be passed on in any form, either in whole or in part to any other company, individual or organisation unless explicitly requested by the client in writing.
Costs:
All costs will be agreed in writing between Independent Computer Services and the client prior to being incurred.
